| Bio: | Micol Ostow is a writer of books for children, tweens and teens. She has written and/or ghostwritten dozens of titles, and her first original novel, EMILY GOLDBERG LEARNS TO SALSA, was named a NYPL Book for the Teen Age. After spending eight years as an a editor of children's books, she is currently pursuing her MFA in writing for children and young adults from Vermont College. Her hybrid graphic novel, I'M WITH THE TRIBE: A GUY, A GUITAR, AND A DATE WITH (NON-DENOMINATIONAL) DESTINY will release from Flux Llewellyn in July '09, and the first title in her upcoming Simon Pulse series, tentatively titled THE BRADFORD BLOGS, will launch in Spring '09. Stay tuned!
She spends her days writing, reading, and watching inappropriate quantities of bad television. And sometimes she just sits around annoying the dog. |
